For Filipino Nurses in US: Schedule of 2012 Consular Services

 


The Philippine Consulate General based in San Francisco, USA offers consular services to all Filipinos who are living and working in America and this early, the agency already announced the schedule of their consular services for the whole 2012.


Through the consular services, Filipinos in USA can do the following:


  • Apply or renew Philippine passport,
  • legalize documents such as affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds and other legal instruments,
  • request documents from Civil Registry such as birth, marriage and death certificates,
  • apply for Dual Citizenship and
  • Register for Overseas Absentee Voting (OAV).

 

Requirements for Passport Applicants


  • Photocopy of the data/photopage of the latest Philippine passport
  • Copy of the US permanent resident card if available

Requirements for Dual Citizenship Applicants

  • Philippine Birth Certificate
  • Philippine Passport
  • Philippine Marriage Certificate
  • US naturalization certificate
  • US passport)

The Philippine Consulate General also wish to inform Filipinos that for payment for their services, they only accepts cash, money order, bank draft, or cashier’s checks that are made payable to the Philippine Consulate General for the services rendered.
