 Sir/Madam, I'm a male nurse been assigned in med/surg for 3yrs. Med/Surg was indeed a nice place to start with but then my interest lies in critical care,do you have any ideas on how to come up being a critical care nurse? do I need to take up a post-graduate course,if so where I can get it?
